What your Friends and Family are saying about Premier VetCare!!

Statements from our wonderful clients as provided on our e-mail and in-house surveys.

I was really surprised the first time I went into the building. It felt inviting and didn't have a medicine or animal smell.

I am a new pet owner and each time I have contacted your office I have been extremely pleased! The receptionist has been kind and courteous, answering all my questions without making me feel silly asking them!

I appreciated the print out health report since I was unable to see the doctor for the exam before my puppy was neutered. Then I went in a few days ago for what I was afraid was an emergency but it turned out to be normal. As a new puppy owner I have been treated with kindness and respect.

Great staff, caring,, knowledgeable easy to work with.

Awesome!

Prancer has been treated with so much love , especially since his osteosarcoma diagnosis last year. I feel he's had the best possible care and am 150% satisfied no matter what happens in the future.

Great practice, very efficient, awesome staff!

H. Mabry

I have used other vets in the past but when I was referred to Premier and was introduced to Dr. Laci I knew right then I had found a wonderful clinic .. I have used other vets when Dr. Laci wasn't available and they have also treated my pets the same as her. I wouldn't nor would I ever think about leaving the Premier Team you are amazing. I have referred Premier to my friends and my family members they same the same as i do Premier is amazing...

Sully just loves coming to Premier Vet Care! Everyone who works with us calls him by name and they really give him their undecided attention!

Our previous Vet gave us good care, I believe, but the cost was always outrageous!! I'm very happy with the cost at Premier

R. Donsbach

I really appreciate how friendly everyone is.

L. Disney

Dana Conrad was the best help I've gotten there. She's very professional and nice :) I'm very glad she works there and I feel better about bringing him there because of her!

A. Woodruff

Keep up the good work! I am always satisfied when I leave Premier.

Very caring Dr.'s and staff. Recently moved to area - I can see why you all won the "Ruthie" award. Well deserved!

D. Phillips

The entire staff was very friendly and we felt very much "at home" there. We felt that the doctor couldn't have been more friendly, open and possessed the attitude that she really cared about my dog.

S. McCraven

The doctor was amazing with my cat and treated him like he was her's. I had been going to the same doctor for 18 years with all of my pets and 6 years with my cat and the treatment was not what it should have been and my cat was doing 100% better within a week of the treatment from Premier VetCare.

It is good to have a doctor who treats the family pet like it is their own pet and not just doing it for the money.

How can we improve or what are we doing well.

You can't. The price is right, the staff seems concerned, knowledgeable, and they seem to love animals.

L. Kosowski

No appointments were available but the receptionist worked us in. I anticipated a long wait but it really wasn't that long.

Dr. Beatty was wonderful. Very thorough. I am very pleased with the visit and Lucy is improving! Everyone in the office is friendly and seem to care about the animals. They treat Lucy like a VIP!

D. Phillips

I think you all do a great job.
