New Patient Center

Thank you for choosing our hospital to care for your pet! Whether you are new to us, new to the area, or new to pet ownership, our goal is to provide outstanding veterinary care for your pet(s). We have listed below several key pieces of information for you about our practice below.  You may also review our website that provides useful information about our practice and the preventive care needs of your pet.  We are more than happy to answer any additional question during our normal business hours.

Our office hours are:

Monday thru Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

We are closed Saturday and Sunday to allow our team to spend time with their families.  There are multiple emergency facilities that are available for weekend emergency care.

Our 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. hours provide an opportunity to drop your pet off for Testing, Work-ups, Dentistry, and Surgeries. Clients may also use this time to purchase medicines, foods, or other supplies. Daily appointments begin at 8a.m. Please allow for 15-30 minutes of time to complete consent forms when dropping your pets off for services.

Patients are seen by appointment, but walk-ins are welcome.  Pets are seen in the following order: Life Threatening Emergencies, Appointments, Urgent Care Walk-ins, Wellness Walk-ins

Our Urgent Care/ Walk-in hours are extremely popular and often stay busy, so it is a good idea to make appointments whenever possible. Urgent care / Walk-in hour are typically 9am-3pm with a break between 12 and 1pm. Though we do our best to minimize wait times, walk-ins will often have wait times as these visits are fit in between our scheduled appointments, additional fees apply for urgent care/walk-ins. For full details Click Here

Pets enrolled in the Premier Pet Program do have appointment and walk-in preference. If you prefer to see a particular veterinarian, please let us know when you call for an appointment. In an emergency or for urgent care/walk-in visits, the first available veterinarian will see your pet, but we make every effort to accommodate your preferences

We will need a completed Client Registration Form and a Booking Fee paid prior to setting your first appointment with us.  After that first visit we do not require booking fees for all appointments, unless certain conditions occur.  Details Here

After Hours Emergency:

We work closely with all of the local Emergency Clinics in the area.  When you need non emergent after hour care we recommend you call the Emergency clinics and make and check their wait times. For true emergencies you should proceed to the closest Emergency Practice to your location.
